Currently shut for business pending operational reorganization.  Reorganization is including an industrial metals reclamation and smelting unit (Au & Ag only at this time), a retail and wholesale sales unit as well as a reorganized information technologies branch.  Currently, we are are on track to begin full operations in late January or perhaps as late as early February, 2011.

Panthera Limited Company is a limited liability company organized under and operating within the laws of the State of Missouri, United States of America.  The officers, the board of directors and the registered agent are as is recorded by the Secretary of State.   There are no shareholders of this entity; this is a privately held limited liability company and it is anticipated that it always will be such.  For the purpose of this web site the nomenclatures of "PLC", "Panthera Ltd. Co.", "Panthera LTD." are each used as common language pseudonyms for Panthera Limited Company.  Panthera Limited Company is not actively seeking investors nor additional partners at this particular time.
