Policy:
Absolute preference is given to U.S. Military combat
veterans, followed by NATO counties combat veterans.
In addition to the needs of Panthera Ltd. Co., contracts
for services
are

abilities, mental acuity, experience, training, background
investigation(s), previously held and the ability to obtain security
clearance(s) as well as the individuals'
moral character as perceived by the company's management.
Contracts for services will not be entered into with the

classes of
persons:
Those whom have received any other type of discharge from
the military than "Honorable"
Those that have pleaded guilty to or have been convicted of
a felony in any U.S. venue.
Those persons that are not lawfully permitted to posses a
firearm in a jurisdiction within the U.S.
Those persons whom the management believes or has reason to
believe do not posses the skills and acuity required by the company,
regardless of other qualification.
